This means public can now reach out to the ministries directly via chatbot where officers will respond to their queries. This is an encouraging step towards #DigitalPakistan as communicating with ministries for day to day queries has been quite a challenge for the masses. This not only cuts middle man but also gives public change to get official credible information on the go.
