Jazz, one of Pakistan’s top digital operators, has joined hands with DeafTawk, a global leader in accessible communication solutions, to improve accessibility and #inclusivity for the deaf community. This partnership highlights Jazz’s dedication to creating a society that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.

Through this collaboration, the DeafTawk Plus app will be introduced in Jazz’s customer care centers across the country. The app will allow deaf customers to connect with professional sign language interpreters in real time via a tablet or device. Kazim Mujtaba, President of the Consumer Division at Jazz, shared, “Inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. This partnership is part of our mission to ensure no one is left behind in today’s digital world.”

Ali Shabbar, Founder and CEO of DeafTawk, added, “This collaboration is a game-changer for inclusivity in Pakistan’s telecom sector. Jazz’s commitment to bridging communication gaps is truly inspiring.”

This initiative builds on Jazz’s efforts in #digital transformation, leveraging technology to create a more equitable society. DeafTawk, known for its innovative sign language services, was previously part of Jazz’s xlr8 accelerator program at the National Incubation Center. Together, they are working to bridge the communication gap and empower the deaf community through #technology.
