Pakistan is showcasing its growing artificial intelligence and emerging technology capabilities at AI Everything Global 2026 in the UAE, with five Pakistani technology companies presenting solutions to international investors, industry leaders and potential business partners.
According to Profit and APP, the Pakistan Pavilion at the Abu Dhabi event has been established under the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), providing local technology firms with a platform to demonstrate AI-driven products and services in international markets. The participating companies are presenting solutions in areas including AI data intelligence, AI surveillance, AI sales solutions and sovereign AI.
The event brings together more than 500 exhibitors and 150 investors from 70 countries, creating opportunities for Pakistani companies to build commercial relationships, explore investment and engage with global technology stakeholders.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Shafqat Ali Khan, inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion and met representatives of the participating companies. He called for greater investment in AI talent development, particularly advanced artificial intelligence, coding and digital skills for young people.
The ambassador stressed the importance of developing a “future-ready workforce” to strengthen Pakistan’s competitiveness and enable local technology companies to benefit from opportunities emerging in the global digital economy.
Pakistan’s participation is being facilitated by the Commercial Section of the Pakistan Diplomatic Mission in the UAE, led by Trade and Investment Counsellor Ali Zeb Khan, in coordination with PSEB and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication.
Pakistani delegates are also engaging with international companies, investors and industry representatives on AI-driven innovation, digital transformation and potential partnerships. The participation provides local firms with exposure to international markets while highlighting Pakistan’s expanding technology capabilities.
The event comes as Pakistan-UAE technology and digital-services ties continue to grow. Pakistan’s IT exports to the UAE increased 42% to $536 million in FY2025-26 from $376 million in FY2024-25, representing a $160 million increase in one year.
The increase highlights the UAE’s growing importance as a market for Pakistan’s technology and IT services sector. It also provides a stronger commercial backdrop for Pakistani companies seeking international clients, investment and partnerships in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Pakistan’s presence at AI Everything Global 2026 therefore combines technology promotion with export development, as local firms use the international platform to showcase their capabilities and pursue new business opportunities.
The participation also supports Pakistan’s broader push to strengthen its “growing technology footprint internationally”, develop specialised digital talent and position Pakistani technology companies within the rapidly evolving global AI ecosystem.
