Jazz has launched its “Hamari Superpower” campaign, positioning customer choice at the centre of its expanding 5G experience.
Jazz, Pakistan’s connectivity provider from JazzWorld, has launched its new 5G campaign, “Hamari Superpower,” centred on customer choice and how people use technology on their own terms.
Built around the message “Jazz 5G Apka, Marzi Bhi Apki,” the campaign presents 5G as a tool that customers can use according to their individual priorities. Its central message, “Jazz 5G se jo chahe karo, ya kuch na karo,” highlights different ways people may choose to use connectivity, from building businesses and creating content to staying connected with family and friends or simply taking a break.
The campaign will run across television, radio, digital and out-of-home channels as Jazz continues to expand its 5G network across Pakistan.
“Technology should give people more freedom to decide how they spend their time,” said Kazim Mujtaba, President, Jazz GSM. He said Jazz’s role was to provide connectivity that supports customers’ ambitions and everyday needs, adding that the campaign puts that choice in customers’ hands.
Jazz launched commercial 5G services on March 19, 2026, across approximately 180 sites. Since then, the company’s 5G network has expanded to more than 1,000 live sites.
The company is targeting 2,500 live 5G sites by the end of 2026 as it continues its network rollout. Accord
ing to Jazz, the expansion is intended to provide customers with faster connectivity for activities including work, entertainment and access to digital services.
The campaign launch also coincides with a refreshed Jazz visual identity. The company has updated its logo by removing the digital dots surrounding its signature orb, resulting in a simpler version of the existing design.
The refreshed logo will be introduced progressively across Jazz’s communications and other brand touchpoints.
The campaign combines the company’s expanding 5G infrastructure with a brand message focused on how customers choose to use connectivity. As the network rollout continues, Jazz is positioning its 5G service around a range of potential uses rather than a single customer behaviour or activity.
With more than 1,000 5G sites already live and a target of 2,500 by the end of the year, the campaign comes as Jazz continues expanding its next-generation network while introducing the updated visual identity across its communications.
