Visa and Meezan Bank Limited have joined forces to launch Pakistan’s first Visa Student Debit Card, specially designed for university students aged 18 to 24. This initiative aims to provide students with a secure, convenient, and cost-free way to manage their finances through Meezan Asaan Student Accounts.

With only 21% of Pakistan’s population financially included, as reported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), this partnership has the potential to make a real difference. Over 2.4 million students are enrolled in higher education, representing a vast group that can benefit from #financial empowerment.

The Meezan Visa Student Debit Card isn’t just about convenience, it’s about fostering financial #literacy and helping students develop responsible money management habits. It also supports the goals of Pakistan Vision 2025, which seeks to unlock the economic potential of the country’s youth.

By introducing this card, Visa and Meezan Bank aim to equip students with the tools they need to navigate the #digital financial world, make informed decisions, and build a secure financial future. The card is set to launch in early 2025, paving the way for a more inclusive and empowered generation.
