The Faysal Self-Serve Digital Lobby operates around the clock, providing customers instant access to banking services without staff intervention. This pioneering facility enables Faysal Bank customers to receive instant replacement of their Faysal Debit or Noor cards within five minutes through a walk-in, walk-out process.
The center features biometrically secured self-service kiosks offering instant service sign-ups, real-time account details, demographic updates, and card activation.
