ARD Capital and Chase Securities have formed a partnership to modernize PSX trading with digital tools, brokerage access, and a more seamless investor experience.
ARD Capital Management has joined hands with Chase Securities Pakistan in a move that could reshape how Pakistanis trade and invest online. The partnership pairs ARD TRADE PRO’s digital-first platform with Chase Securities’ brokerage muscle and market infrastructure.
The companies say the goal is simple: make investing faster, easier, and more accessible for Pakistan Stock Exchange users. The deal also signals a broader push to bring more technology into the country’s capital markets.
ARD Capital said ARD TRADE PRO is built with more than 200 features designed to offer a smarter and more comprehensive trading experience. Under the planned brokerage setup, Chase Securities will handle PSX trading services while ARD TRADE PRO focuses on the technology layer.
That split is central to the pitch: one company builds the interface, the other powers the market access. Together, they are betting that investors want a platform that feels more modern without losing the credibility of an established broker.
The partnership comes at a time when Pakistan’s investing public is increasingly looking for digital tools that can simplify trading. If the model works, it could help narrow the gap between traditional brokerage services and the expectations of mobile-first investors.
Abdul Rahman Dhedhi, Founder and CEO of ARD Capital Management and ARD TRADE PRO, is leading the platform’s vision, while Ali Nawaz, CEO of Chase Securities, represents the brokerage side of the alliance. The companies say the collaboration is aimed at building “a better trading experience for Pakistan.”
For the PSX ecosystem, the timing is notable. As more investors demand speed, convenience, and transparency, this partnership could become a test case for how far local capital markets can go with digital transformation.
