
Visa and HBL name 2026 She’s Next Pakistan winners, awarding five women founders grants, mentorship and growth resources.

In a landmark boost for female-led startups, Visa and HBL announced the five winners of the 2026 edition of the She’s Next program in Pakistan at a finals pitch event in Karachi. The initiative, part of Visa’s global advocacy platform empowering women entrepreneurs, drew nearly 3,500 applicants from diverse sectors including education, gaming, waste management, beauty and healthcare.
Each winner received a USD 10,000 grant, tailored training, dedicated mentorship and access to the She’s Next Club, a community and resource hub designed to help founders scale their ventures. The 2026 winners include Aiman Shafique, EV Square, Anusha Fatima, TrashIt (who captured the new Sustainability Award), Fizza Hussain, Khaas Foodz Kitchen, Maira Siddiqui, Chiragh Education Technologies, and Meesha Baig, Goud.
The selection was guided by a jury featuring notable leaders such as Maya Inayat Ismail (Chairperson, HBL Microfinance Bank), Naz Khan (IFC), Dan Baxter (Visa CEMEA), Mubariz Siddiqui (Carbon Law) and Ali Ladhubhai (Abhi Microfinance Bank). According to Leila Serhan, Visa Vice President and Group Country Manager, the high caliber of pitches highlights the ambition and digital readiness of Pakistan’s women entrepreneurs.
