Jazz has been named the ‘Most Inclusive Company of the Year’ at the GDEIB Awards 2025 by HR Metrics. This recognition highlights Jazz’s ongoing efforts to create an inclusive workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are embedded in its policies, culture, and business strategy.
Jazz achieved a perfect 75/75 score, excelling in all 15 DEI Best Practice categories. This award reflects the company’s structured and sustained efforts to promote a diverse workforce and equitable opportunities. Rabia Khattak, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Tazeen Shahid, Chief People Officer, accepted the award on behalf of Jazz.
