Jazz’s flagship self-care app, formerly known as Jazz World, has been rebranded as Simosa App short for “SIM One Stop App” with a modernized interface and expanded functionality. The relaunch positions SIMOSA as Pakistan’s largest operator-neutral digital lifestyle platform, catering seamlessly to users across multiple mobile networks. It enhances account management, recharge options, and support services, alongside enriched e-care and lifestyle tools.
In just 2024, SIMOSA achieved a significant milestone by reaching 20 million monthly active users (MAUs) and 6 million daily active users (DAUs) while maintaining a strong 4.4-star rating. The app has become an integral part of its users’ routines, powering over 100 million smart self-service transactions—a 35% year-over-year rise. Notably, more than 80% of Jazz subscribers used it to download tax certificates, accounting for nearly one-third of all Pakistani tax filers.
SIMOSA has earned industry acclaim, winning top honors at the Pakistan Digital Awards and the VEON Digital Learning Award for its gamified learning modules delivered to over 2 million users. It also supports initiatives like female empowerment and high Net Promoter Scores, and has rolled out innovative features such as AI-powered “Magic Bundles,” BNPL financing, enhanced credit options, and an AI chat feature dubbed SIMOSA Chaat.
