Saudi Arabia’s GO Telecommunications Group aims to launch an Artificial Intelligence hub in Pakistan this month. It marks a major step forward in bilateral tech cooperation. The announcement was made during IT Minister Shaza Khawaja‘s visit to Riyadh, where she met with GO Telecommunications CEO Yahya Al-Mansour.

The GO AI Hub Pakistan plays the role of a specialized center for AI technologies and digital innovation, focusing on transferring knowledge and building capacity. This initiative aligns with both Saudi Vision 2030 and Pakistan’s National AI Policy 2025, which plans to create 50,000 AI-driven projects for the next 5 years.

The collaboration plans to go beyond the AI hub, including digital infrastructure expansion, data center development, and the creation of a technical talent development center in Pakistan. With over two million Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia, this partnership strengthens economic ties while empowering the youth via digital skills training and upcoming technology opportunities.

This strategic alliance allows both nations to achieve their shared vision of a connected, knowledge-driven future.
