PEL Commences Exports Operations to USA

Pak Elektron Limited (PEL), a leading Pakistani producer of electrical equipment, has commenced its export operations to the United States. The company revealed that its inaugural shipment of transformers left Pakistan on March 13, 2025, representing a key milestone in its global expansion efforts.

Founded in 1956 and acquired by the Saigol DDC Group in 1978, PEL operates in two divisions: power and appliances. It manufactures transformers, switchgear, and energy meters under the power division, while its appliance division produces refrigerators, air conditioners, and other household products. The company has partnerships with global brands like Hitachi, Fujitsu, and GE.
