Bank Alfalah Limited, one of Pakistan’s largest commercial banks, has launched Eatsy, the country’s first bank-led restaurant app, introducing a seamless and cashless dining experience. The innovative digital platform enables customers to reserve tables, browse menus, place orders, and make secure payments—all within a single app.
With Eatsy, diners no longer need to wait for physical menus or servers to take their orders, as the app streamlines real-time ordering and payment. Users can create and use prepaid cards, along with Mastercard and Visa debit or credit cards, to settle bills instantly. Exclusive cashback offers and tax savings further incentivize digital transactions. Restaurants benefit from Eatsy’s ability to manage reservations efficiently, optimize orders, and enhance communication between staff and kitchen teams, creating a paperless payment ecosystem. Merchants also receive operational insights and analytics to refine their services.
Currently, Eatsy has onboarded 11 leading restaurants in Karachi and Lahore, including Xander’s, The Patio Group, and Coco Cubano. Bank Alfalah aims to expand Eatsy’s footprint further, reinforcing its commitment to digital innovation in Pakistan’s dining sector. The app is now available for download, allowing users to enjoy a smarter, cashless restaurant experience in just a few taps.
