PTCL Group has signed a strategic partnership with CEQUENS at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai to introduce Communications Platform as a Service for Pakistani enterprises. Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer at PTCL.Official and Ufone 4G, and Nermeen Sobhy, SVP Carrier Relations and Wholesale at CEQUENS, formalized the agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by Syed Atif Raza, Group Chief Commercial Officer at PTCL and Ufone 4G, and Karim Khorshed, CEO of CEQUENS.
The collaboration will empower businesses with unified communication tools, enabling seamless customer engagement through SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. By combining CEQUENS global expertise with PTCL Group’s nationwide reach, the partnership aims to deliver enhanced customer engagement and scalable communication solutions.
Asif Ahmad emphasized that this initiative positions PTCL Group as a digital enabler for Pakistani enterprises, while Nermeen Sobhy highlighted the platform’s ability to provide omnichannel communication experiences across multiple touchpoints.
