Marking a big milestone in its digitalization journey, Telenor Pakistan has launched a WhatsApp-based service enabling customers to purchase new SIMs, obtain replacements for lost SIMs, and subscribe to bundles without ever having to visit a retail store. The service provides a quick, safe, and contactless experience from within a platform people already use every day.

Customers can initiate a chat on WhatsApp UAN: 051 111-345-100, select their city, favorite number and bundle, enter their details, and pay, with biometric authentication safely completed on delivery.

Already live in more than 20 major cities, the service will roll out further, whilst bundle recharges are already nationwide. Through this move, Telenor continues to drive digital innovation and simplify connectivity, making it faster, simpler, and more inclusive for Pakistan.
