Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) has expanded its partnership with Panasonic Marketing Middle East & Africa (PMMAF) to introduce a broader range of premium, smart LED solutions tailored for the Pakistani market. Building upon their initial collaboration in 2020, which focused on distributing Panasonic’s air conditioners, this extended alliance aims to cater to the evolving needs of Pakistani consumers by offering high-quality, locally-suited electronic products.
PEL has expanded its partnership with Panasonic to meet the growing demand for advanced visual technology in Pakistan. The collaboration, marked by the recent certification of PEL’s facility, will enable the company to offer Panasonic’s premium smart LED TVs and displays. This move is expected to boost PEL’s revenue and profitability. Following the announcement, PEL’s stock rose by 2.02%, with a market cap of Rs40.69 billion. Established in 1956, PEL operates in Power and Appliances divisions, while Panasonic remains a global leader in electronics and industrial solutions.
