Mobilink Bank has joined hands with Daraz Pakistan in a strategic partnership aimed at supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through increased access to finance and digital platforms. This collaboration reflects both organizations’ shared commitment to inclusive economic development and grassroots growth.
The partnership was formalized in Islamabad by Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, President and CEO of Mobilink Bank, and Ehsan Saya, Managing Director of Daraz Pakistan & Sri Lanka. As part of the initiative, Mobilink Bank will offer tailored financing solutions from PKR 25,000 to 3 million to MSMEs and women entrepreneurs affiliated with Daraz. Meanwhile, Daraz will provide these businesses with access to its digital marketplace, enabling them to grow their online presence and reach a wider customer base.
The initiative also includes green financing for Daraz employees and suppliers, such as e-bike and home solar financing, alongside free banking services. Together, these efforts aim to build a robust ecosystem that supports small business growth, promotes sustainability, and enhances financial inclusion.
Further plans are in motion to introduce QR code-based payments and improve cash deposit options, strengthening operational flexibility for sellers and creating a more integrated digital economy across Pakistan.
