Pakistan and South Korea have strengthened their collaboration in advanced technology and vocational education through a new Memorandum of Understanding signed at the National Skills University, Islamabad. The agreement was marked by a formal ceremony that included officials from both countries, signaling a commitment to enhance technical training, curriculum development, and resource sharing between Pakistani institutions and Korean partners.

Under the agreement, NSU Islamabad will leverage Korea’s expertise to improve its training infrastructure, particularly in emerging tech fields. The partnership aims to support skill development programs that align with global industry standards, ultimately preparing students for the digital economy. Both sides highlighted the importance of joint initiatives and exchange opportunities in strengthening technical education networks across Pakistan.

This pact signifies a broader push toward integrating international best practices into Pakistan’s vocational and technical framework. By embracing collaboration with a technologically advanced country like Korea, NSU envisions enhanced capacity to equip its graduates with modern skills, thereby contributing to national workforce development. The initiative also reinforces long-term strategic ties and mutual goodwill between Islamabad and Seoul.
