Karandaaz Pakistan has joined hands with AgriTech firm GROWTECH Services to enhance digital and financial inclusion for smallholder farmers in Punjab. This partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of smart farming techniques and improve access to agri-markets, advisory services, and input suppliers in underserved regions.
GrowTech will utilize its digital platform to equip farmers with data-driven insights and market linkages, supporting them in increasing productivity and profitability. The collaboration is part of Karandaaz’s broader strategy to enable inclusive and climate-resilient growth in the agricultural sector.
To provide on-ground support, Farmer Facilitation Centres will be set up in two new regions of Punjab. These centres will offer digital literacy training, advisory sessions, and workshops for local leaders focused on e-commerce and marketing.
Logistics will also be a focal point of the initiative. The project will engage local logistics providers to strengthen supply chains, helping farmers improve efficiency and access broader markets. By aligning technology, finance, and community engagement, the partnership sets out to create a more sustainable and inclusive agricultural ecosystem in Pakistan.
