Jazz Business and Foodpanda have partnered to provide enterprise connectivity solutions for around 40,000 delivery riders across Pakistan.
Jazz Business has partnered with Foodpanda to provide customised enterprise connectivity solutions for the delivery platform’s nationwide network of approximately 40,000 riders, supporting digital operations across its logistics network.
The collaboration will see Jazz Business deploy its Managed Prepaid solution, an enterprise connectivity platform designed to support distributed workforces that require reliable, scalable and centrally managed mobile connectivity.
As Foodpanda continues expanding its operations across Pakistan, the partnership aims to improve communication and operational efficiency by providing riders with consistent nationwide connectivity through a subscription-based service.
According to the companies, the Managed Prepaid solution enables businesses to manage large mobile workforces with greater flexibility by offering real-time control over connectivity services, improved scalability and cost optimisation. The platform is designed to help organisations monitor and manage mobile connections while ensuring uninterrupted communication for frontline teams.
The agreement supports Foodpanda’s operational requirements by equipping its rider network with enterprise-grade connectivity, enabling smoother coordination between delivery personnel and the platform during daily operations.
Beyond Foodpanda’s rider network, Jazz Business said the partnership also demonstrates the broader application of its Managed Prepaid platform across industries that rely on mobile workforces. Potential use cases include logistics, transportation, field services and the wider gig economy, where businesses require efficient management of large numbers of geographically dispersed users.
The collaboration reflects growing adoption of digital enterprise solutions among businesses seeking to improve workforce management through technology-enabled connectivity.
Jazz Business stated that the initiative aligns with its broader strategy of developing enterprise solutions tailored to the operational needs of businesses across different sectors. By providing managed connectivity services, the company aims to help organisations improve efficiency while simplifying the management of large-scale mobile networks.
The two organisations also described the partnership as part of a broader effort to support Pakistan’s digital economy through technology-driven business solutions. They said enhanced connectivity can contribute to operational excellence by enabling better communication, improving service delivery and supporting digital transformation initiatives across enterprises.
The agreement further expands the use of enterprise connectivity solutions within Pakistan’s rapidly growing digital services ecosystem, where reliable mobile communication has become increasingly important for platform-based businesses and field operations.
