Following the accomplishment of 100 million successful transactions via the bank’s mobile banking platform, Faysal Bank and Avanza Solutions have deepened their digital partnership.
Teams from both organisations and top leadership attended a ceremony at Faysal Bank’s headquarters to commemorate the milestone. The partnership’s contribution to the bank’s ongoing digital banking activities was emphasised by officials.
The firms claim that Avanza’s CRM and digital platforms have helped Faysal Bank’s digital banking environment, allowing the bank to increase client accessibility and grow its digital-first services.

Plans to investigate the creation of a sandbox environment for AI-based smart solutions targeted at improving banking services and operational effectiveness were also discussed.
