Symmetry Group subsidiary Aurion.AI has applied for a PSX listing and plans to raise Rs750 million through an IPO priced at a floor of Rs5 per share.
Symmetry Group Limited is seeking regulatory clearance to bring its artificial intelligence venture, Aurion.AI Limited, to the public market, according to a notification issued by the company to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.
The proposed transaction would involve an initial public offering through which Aurion.AI aims to secure Rs750 million. The offer has been set with a minimum price of Rs5 for each share.
LSE Capital Limited is advising Aurion.AI on the proposed offering. The subsidiary has submitted the required prospectus and supporting material through the PRIDE platform, initiating the review process involving the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the PSX.
The filing represents a step towards making Aurion.AI a publicly traded entity, although the proposed offering remains subject to regulatory examination and approval.
Symmetry Group said it was optimistic about adding another company from its group to the stock exchange and reaffirmed its commitment to improving its performance and generating returns for shareholders.
Aurion.AI operates from Karachi and develops technology products incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning and data-driven systems. Among the solutions associated with the business are Influsense.ai and Vidfy.ai.
The company’s proposed market debut comes after Symmetry Group previously disclosed plans involving an AI-focused subsidiary. At that time, the group had discussed a potential fundraising target of between Rs1.5 billion and Rs2 billion, although the latest proposed offering announced for Aurion.AI is valued at Rs750 million.
The development comes against a backdrop of increased activity in Pakistan’s primary equity market. Nine companies reportedly completed public offerings during the first six months of 2026, collectively securing more than Rs20 billion from investors.
Market activity has benefited from improved liquidity and investor confidence, alongside greater macroeconomic stability and progress under Pakistan’s programme with the International Monetary Fund.
Symmetry Group entered the PSX in September 2023 after becoming a public company in 2017. Its wider business interests include digital advertising and media, as well as technology-driven services covering digital transformation, interactive platforms, commerce and mobility.
The proposed Aurion.AI listing would give investors an opportunity to gain exposure to a locally based technology company focused on AI-related products, subject to the completion of the regulatory process and approval of the offering.
