Global solar and energy storage technology company Hoymiles has officially expanded its presence in Pakistan through a partnership with Harisun Energy, appointed as its Authorised Tier-1 Distributor.
Pakistan’s renewable energy market is gaining another international technology partner as Hoymiles expands its operations in the country through Harisun Energy.
The Chinese solar and energy storage technology company has appointed Harisun Energy as its Authorised Tier-1 Distributor in Pakistan. The partnership was formally signed in China and is expected to improve local access to Hoymiles’ inverter and energy management solutions.
Under the agreement, Harisun Energy will lead the distribution and market development of Hoymiles products across Pakistan. The company will work with solar installers, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, channel partners, and other industry stakeholders to expand the adoption of the technology.
A key focus of the partnership will be Hoymiles’ advanced inverter, microinverter, and smart monitoring technologies. These solutions are designed to improve the efficiency of solar systems, optimize energy generation, and support more reliable integration of renewable power into the electricity network.
The technologies could also help residential and commercial users improve their energy independence and manage electricity costs more effectively. The partnership is expected to support efforts to reduce transmission losses while making better use of solar power at the system level.
Hoymiles operates across more than 190 countries and regions and has a global workforce of more than 2,200 employees. The company’s focus on research and development has positioned it as a provider of solar and energy storage technologies for markets experiencing growing demand for cleaner and smarter energy solutions.
Haris Jamshed, CEO of Harisun Energy, described the partnership as an important development for Pakistan’s solar industry. He said bringing international inverter and energy storage technologies into the local market could expand access to reliable clean energy while helping households, businesses, and solar installers improve efficiency and long-term energy security.
The partnership brings together Hoymiles’ international technology expertise with Harisun Energy’s local market presence. Together, the companies aim to strengthen Pakistan’s clean energy ecosystem and support the country’s growing shift toward more efficient and sustainable solar power solutions.
