K-Electric (KE), Pakistan’s only vertically integrated power utility, has announced a landmark partnership with Neem Paymenow to offer Shariah-compliant earned wage access to its employees. This collaboration allows KE’s workforce to access a portion of their earned salaries before payday, helping them manage daily expenses and unexpected financial needs without resorting to costly loans.
Muhammad Rizwan Dalia, Chief People Officer at KE, emphasized, “This partnership is more than just a benefit. It gives true financial flexibility and empowers our People.” Neem Paymenow’s GM and founding partner, Niran Rehman, added, “Our partnership with K-Electric bridges a critical gap, giving the very people who power Karachi the financial flexibility they rightfully deserve.”
The initiative will be supported by a financial awareness campaign to onboard employees seamlessly. This step strengthens KE’s mission to modernize infrastructure while ensuring the financial well-being of those who keep Karachi powered.
