Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary pointed out the role of #technology and #e-commerce in advancing exports during his visit to #Gujranwala Expo 2025, praising the Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry for organizing the event, featuring over 50 stalls showcasing internationally competitive products.
Speaking at the expo, Iqbal noted Gujranwala’s potential to become a key export cluster and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the industrial sector. He stated that Pakistan could reach $100 billion in exports within eight years by fully utilizing local capabilities alone.
Urging businesses to focus on productivity, innovation, and digital transformation to enhance global competitiveness, the government, he said, will celebrate top foreign exchange earners as national heroes and remain aligned with exporters to resolve challenges.
