The HBL P@SHA ICT Awards 2025, held in Lahore, celebrated Pakistan’s thriving IT sector by honoring 104 companies for their innovation and excellence. Organized by the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) and supported by HBL, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, and other partners, the event spotlighted the country’s most promising startups, digital solutions, and tech firms.

Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary praised young innovators, emphasizing the digital economy as Pakistan’s future. Chairman Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) Sajjad Syed highlighted the Awards’ role in promoting entrepreneurship and global competitiveness.

With a record 1,600 applications, 37 companies emerged as winners, 58 as runner-ups, and 9 received special appreciation. Winners will represent Pakistan at the prestigious Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards. HBL’s CEO Muhammad Nassir Salim reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting the tech ecosystem. The Awards continue to strengthen ties across industry, academia, and government, positioning Pakistan as a rising force in global technology.
