The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has successfully automated the fine collection system across the province, introducing greater transparency and efficiency in public service delivery. Now, all fines are processed exclusively through the Digital Muhasil app, eliminating manual handling and improving oversight.

This digital initiative enables district administrations and authorities to track and manage fines in real time, offering convenience for both officials and citizens. Since implementation, the system has recorded Rs. 114 million in total fines collected, 13,079 challans generated, and 12,981 of them paid.

By centralizing and digitizing fine collection, the KP government is taking a major step toward public sector modernization. The initiative reflects KPITB’s broader digital transformation goals to build transparent, efficient, and citizen-friendly governance across the province.
