In a remarkable move to support its employees amid the economic crisis, Jazz CEO Aamir Ibrahim recently announced an increase in the minimum base pay to PKR 62,000 per month for Jazz employees. Jazz has maintained its position as one of the most successful and innovative digital operators in the region, with a strong focus on digital transformation and customer-centricity.

This decision to raise the minimum base pay shows the company’s vision and focus on its human capital – the employees who are facing the challenges of inflation and economic uncertainty.

We applaud this initiative by Jazz, and hope that other companies will follow suit.
