Jazz, Pakistan’s best digital operator, has announced a 20% revenue increase in Q1 2025, highlighting its leadership position in the country’s digitalization drive. The company spent Rs. 9.5 billion in this quarter to grow its digital ecosystem, solidifying its vision for a connected, cashless Pakistan.
Led by CEO Aamir Ibrahim, Jazz is making its way into becoming a digital-first ServiceCo in the areas of financial inclusion, AI-based services, and cloud solutions. Platforms such as JazzCash, Tamasha, Simosa App, FikrFree, and Garaj are at the core of this drive.
JazzCash, Pakistan’s top fintech platform, is serving 19.7 million active customers, disbursing more than 143,000 digital loans every day and handling transactions worth Rs. 2.8 trillion in 2024. Tamasha, Pakistan’s most popular streaming service, has 17.1 million monthly active customers with live telecast of high-profile events such as the ICC World Cup and PSL. SIMOSA, which is an AI-based lifestyle app, has expanded to 19 million users, whereas FikrFree, the country’s first AI-powered insurance marketplace, has sold 790,000 policies. Garaj, Jazz’s cloud platform, witnessed a 74% business growth and is now serving more than 500 enterprises.
