Digitt Plus has partnered with UBL – United Bank Limited to enable over 1 billion rupees in digital disbursements for the agricultural sector. The collaboration uses Digitt+’s Crop Procurement Receipt (CPR) financing solution to provide farmers with quicker access to funds.

Digitt+ will manage disbursements through its in-house payment platform and mobile app, ensuring faster, secure transactions. This aims to reduce processing times and improve financial accessibility for farmers.

UBL – United Bank Limited will provide lending support, helping strengthen agricultural financing. The partnership targets key agricultural areas, including Dera Ismail Khan, Faisalabad, Ghotki, Rahim Yar Khan, and Muzaffargarh.

Bank-fintech partnerships like this combine the stability of banks with the agility of fintechs. This collaboration highlights how technology can improve financial inclusion and modernize agriculture financing.

Ahmed Saleemi, CEO of Digitt+, said the partnership empowers farmers with timely digital payments. Abdul Aleem Qureshi from UBL – United Bank Limited emphasized the role of digital payments in boosting productivity and growth in the agricultural sector.
