Officials informed the meeting that the project’s PC-1 has been prepared and will be presented for approval at the upcoming meeting of the Provincial Development Working Party.
A separate solarisation project for the merged districts under the Accelerated Implementation Programme will provide solar systems to an additional 120,000 households after cabinet approval.
