Faysal Bank Limited has introduced Pakistan’s first PayPak–Mastercard Co-Badged Debit Card, a breakthrough in the nation’s payments ecosystem. By combining PayPak’s cost-efficient local infrastructure with Mastercard’s global reach and security, the card supports the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)’s vision for a strong, interoperable, and self-reliant digital payments framework.
The launch event, attended by SBP Governor Jameel Ahmad and senior leadership from Faysal Bank, PayPak, Mastercard, and Euronet, highlighted the strategic importance of this collaboration. The co-badge card enables seamless domestic and international transactions, advancing financial inclusion and digital transformation.
