1LINK (Pvt) Limited has achieved a major milestone in Pakistan’s financial sector by receiving Mastercard certification for its state-of-the-art Card Personalization Bureau. Built to meet PCI compliance standards, the bureau delivers secure, scalable, and automated card personalization and fulfillment services with minimal human intervention. Already serving more than 10 leading banks, the facility now supports PayPak, Mastercard, UPI, and co-badged cards, enabling issuers to reach a wider customer base while ensuring international scheme compliance.

The certification strengthens operational resilience and provides banks with a reliable fallback option for in-house personalization facilities, ensuring continuity during disruptions. This achievement reflects the growing maturity of Pakistan’s payments ecosystem and positions 1LINK as a key enabler of secure, interoperable, and future-ready digital solutions.
